It is time for us to deal with this and let this revenue go to educate the next generation. We need to invest in infrastructure including rail. Passenger rail along the Merrimack Valley from Boston to Nashua and Manchester is long overdue. I believe part of the cost of this investment should come from and increase on our state gasoline tax. This money would go toward all forms of transportation including rail. |
